What a week!!!

Finally finished the volleyball officiating class - thanks Julie for convincing me to take it! Now on to accessorizing my little pink box to take to the matches. Thanks for the donation pranksters!

Trying to get up the courage to determine the sexes of the baby bunnies. This may require some beer-age! The babies are at a stale mate. They haven't grown for quite some time, but they sure are eating a hell of a lot.

I've had quite a few "shockers" from friends this week. News that I would never have suspected. This has left me drained and carrying quite a bit of other peeps' stress. But I've still managed to re-decorate a cubicle for a fellow employee. Thanks all for the great ideas!

I've also met two new really neat guys that make me smile and are sure to bring something different my way!!! And it is only Wednesday........................................

Bunnies and Volleyball - Have In Common???

Ahh, this pic is Wrinkles. All of the bunnies officially have ears today! He is so cute. He is black on one side of his body and white on the other side. I know you shouldn't have a favorite, screw that! All you mothers - I know you have a favorite. You just feel ashamed to say it. I have no shame. He is my favorite.

So every now and then I get a wild hare up my ^&*. This time I got 4, LOL. I decided to give volleyball officiating a go! I know what you are thinking - Rae, you don't like kids and you don't like crowds. What's up? Well, my first class was interesting. I will start out with 7th and 8th graders and I get to perch in an officiating stand. How cool is that. The best thing is I get to accessorize. Now granted, there is a lot of black and white colors - even the whistle has to be black or white. But my "tackle box" can be whatever I want. Maybe I will Bedazzle it. And the stories of the games - omitting names of course will be fun. What I realized is I may officiate the games of my friends' kids. I just grew 12 gray hairs thinking about this.

Let me give a shout out to my friend for the Maxim magazine. Who knew!!!!

145 days till the Ghost Tour!!!

TGIF!!!

Speedy likes the sun. His eyes are finally open. 12 days and bam- open. He looked downright terrified. Can't tell that by this pic though.

Anyone up for a ghost hunt at Mansfield Penitentiary? Gonna be great! Maybe I'll sport a Ghostbusters shirt. Oh yea, my bad, its gonna be December with no heat. I'll be sporting my thermals and other odd accessories. KD, your fanny pack better be BIG!!!

Here's a question. How many points do you lose for hitting a blind man and his seeing eye dog? Better yet, how many points does the escort dog lose for leading his master in to the situation. Hmmm?

baby bunnies

How cute are these bunnies. Please note that tonight was the first official urination, quickly followed by a second urination. Speedy is the larger grey bunny. He is still quite a bit larger than the other 3.
Now on to a "what not to do" moment. If you ever are fortunate enough to attend a Fun Party, might I suggest that you discard your bag used to transport said purchases home in the trash. If not discarded in the trash, you may accidentally pack your work lunch in this same bag which will later be noticed by a coworker in a room full of lunch-goers. This may cause you to turn a nice lovely shade of red. It also says to others " look at how many purchases I made, I needed a big bag that screams Pure Romance." Just a little tip.
Till we meet again.....

The Beginning

OK, so this is my first blog. I hope I do better at this than maintaining the green stuff in my yard! I would disappoint many if I didn't first dedicate my blog to Phish. This is THE BAND!! You will periodically hear ramblings of lyrics, stories of shows, etc. This is what they look like.

I named this blog "Trials and Tribulations" for lack of a better title. Maybe you can help me out with the title. Tune back in - is that what they say "blogger-style"? Now you understand why my plants die! Anyway, Karla and I - oh Karla is my partner - now have 4 baby bunnies. We started out with 5, and just like my plants.........Pictures are to follow soon.
